Our story

Our story began at Bairro Alto, a buzzing café in the heart of Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Nadieh was managing the cafe. A vibrant local spot where people naturally connected and, in our case, fell in love.

With over a decade of global hospitality experience, Nadieh is passionate about creating spaces where customers leave happier than they arrived. She knows that the key to this lies in building strong, connected teams that work hard, have fun, and deliver unforgettable service.

Mike is a true hospitality enthusiast. During his football career, he travelled all over Europe, always on the hunt for great cafés. What made him return to the same one again and again wasn’t just the coffee. It always was the people, the warmth and that feeling of belonging.
